Odin was a little chatterbox today! He's trying to wolf whistle, but hasn't quite gotten it right. I'm really impressed - he's only been with us for five days and is already learning how to mimic!
He has also achieved the miracle of flight.
Unfortunately, he was aiming directly for my housemate, who was kind of freaked out. After two attempts of flying directly at her (I somehow managed to catch him mid-air both times), I decided it was time to relax in his cage for awhile.
He was sneezing a lot the night he hurt himself and the day after. He did it like ten times in a row at one point! It has decreased now but I'm still watching it just in case. If it persists he'll probably be visiting the vet again.
I noticed he eats around the pelleted food whenever I feed him. He goes straight for the seeds. I think I'll start giving him only pellets when he wakes up so he'll hopefully eat some. Then I'll put the rest of the food in later.
